Afterlife is a very rational, natural consequence of the order of things.
After all, nothing is ever lost—even the body only transforms into earth. But nothing is lost.
So too, the person you are is never lost. That person—that soul—only returns to its origin.
If your soul became acutely attached to the material world during its stay here, then it must painfully rip itself away to make the journey back.
But if it was only a traveler, connected to its source all along, then its ride home is heavenly.
As a traveller prepares for a journey so does our soul.
Our soul switches off it's memory so that it can discover itself.
Our soul packs a bundle of it's qualities, intentions and desires for this purpose.
The soul consciousness is set to egoistic mode.
The soul traveller wears the clothing of a body and it's consciousness interacts remotely to it's brain.
The soul experiences the unrefined behavior in ego mindset. Each confrontation with his egoistic desires and qualities must be transformed to work for the love of others.
After it has completed it's lifetime here it disconnects from body and brain.
It returns home to unpack the treasures he attained, revealed in the light of love, giving, kindness and empathy. These refined qualities determine the successful achievements from the journey and determine if another trip is required.
